The menu is crafted to help you achieve optimum health. We teamed up with Valentine Dekker, an orthomolecular nutritionist and health coach, to train our nutrition bar staff.
The method and recipes are clean and simple: whole ingredients, plant-rich, nutrient-dense and well-balanced meals. We strive to make it easy, convenient and incredibly tasteful for you to eat healthy. Our offering is made fresh everyday with local seasonal fruits and vegetables and sustainable sourced animal products while focusing on balancing 4 main nutritional values: protein, carbs, fat and fiber.
