Women are resilient and strong but often neglect their own self-care because of social and cultural expectations. Your self-esteem is strongly connected to the ability of meeting your own needs and looking after yourself. A good relationship with yourself improves your relationship with others. There are no quick fixes, so take the time to find what’s right for you.
MOVE
Gone are the days that females are seen as the physical weaker sex and we’re crushing myths surrounding training the female body. We talk about strength training, pregnancy workouts and introduce our new PPG Power Mum Playlist.
NOURISH
We've all heard the saying "you are what you eat." It's a cliché, but consistently eating healthfully can really help to get that radiant look. We also talk about nutrition throughout your cycle, how diet can impact your hormones and how you can take control of your health.
