1. What to bring:
Bring your gym clothes, shoes (except for yoga/barre), water bottle and your towel. We provide shower amenities from Meraki and Dyson hairdryers. Please bring your own towel.

2. Pre-order your nutritional refuel essentials:
Get your body refueled after class and preorder your shake, breakfast or lunch upon arrival at the check-in. It will be ready to go straight after your workout!

3. Be in time:
Make sure you are in time, we allow anyone to join max. 3 minutes after the class has started. After that we unfortunately cannot accept anyone forasmuch disrupting the class. We don’t reaccredit your workout. 

4. Cancel in time:
We handle a 3 hour cancellation policy. Please cancel in-time online to avoid being a no-show. If you cancel within 3 hours prior to the workout you will not be reaccredited. You can cancel your class via your account online. Please sign into your account; go to “My Classes” and click “Un-reserve” for the concerned class.

5. Waiting list policies:
If a class is fully booked, you can be added to the waiting list. If a spot opens up more than 3 hours prior to the workout the first on the waiting list will automatically be enrolled and receive a confirmation e-mail. However, if a spot opens up less than 3 hours prior to the workout all people on the waiting list will receive an e-mail that there is a spot available to book. First come, first serve.

6. Unlimited Monthly membership
6.1 No-show policy unlimited monthly membership:

Unlimited monthly membership holders are allowed to have a maximum of 4 no-shows in one month. If this is exceeded, the monthly package option will be taken out of your account for 3 months and you will be restricted to buy separate classes only. After 3 months, unlimited membership is been offered again.
6.2 Classes per day limit unlimited monthly membership:
Customers with the unlimited monthly membership are restricted to book max. 2 classes per day.
