CONCEPT TRIAL

New member to People’s Place Gym or do you want to find your new signature class? Try PPG CONCEPT TRIAL every first Wednesday of the month. Discover 3 different concepts, 3 different trainers, in only 60 minutes of your time. This class is complimentary and offers a new mix of workouts monthly.


Fundamentals

This workout is designed for our newest members as we take more time to explain the technique, exercises and incorporate extra breaks in between. After a few of these sessions, you'll be ready to join any class on the schedule!


Cycle

Light up the room with us in our unique cycle classes. Ride to the beat, back it up with data and challenge yourself in the ‘colour zones’ on our ICG bikes. This high energy class is the perfect choice for those looking for a party vibe and solution for those who don’t need high impact on their joints.


Barre

A low-impact, high-energy workout that digs deep into your muscles. Small weights and the use of a barre will enrich your workout but the challenge will be to avoid the shaking legs as you pulse, hold and repeat the movements. A great choice for a first class experience at PPGYM.


Masterclass

A workout with weights and treadmills that doesn’t fail to get your heart raising. A heavy mix of lights, music and action that will keep you equally as distracted as challenged. Suitable for all levels as our trainers will offer you beginner, intermediate and advanced options but our most intense workout.


Powerhouse

A bootcamp style workout enhanced with the use of equipment, targeted to build your functional strength useful to you in your everyday life. Condition your body with a healthy mix cardio and resistance within our classes while having a super fun time.


fit Box

If you’re looking for a quick release of stress and an energetic workout look no further. No need to be an accomplished boxer for this High Intensity Boxing class. Yoga

Offering Wednesday & Friday Yoga weekly sessions to ease the mind and relax the body. Inspired by Vinyasa flows, in which deep stretches, strength, flexibility and moving with the breath are explored. Sweat and wind down.


Sculpt

Experience seamless transitions between functional conditioning moves whilst elevating your heart rate with a dash of cardio in our unique sculpting class. You will be targeting every major muscle group while digging deep into the stabiliser muscles with an increased use of your core. You’ll be using smaller weights, TRX cables, bosu balls, resistance bands and more.


WEIGHTLIFTING

This is an opportunity to acquire a new skill or rediscover an old one with weightlifting champion Loraine Pengel. This is a technique-based class with focus on pure Olympic weightlifting. No prior experience is needed.


KICKBOXING

During Kickboxing Technique training, the focus is on technique. Combinations, punch and kick techniques will be the main focus in this class, to take you to that next level of kickboxing. It’s a full-body workout in which the fundamentals of kickboxing are the core of the training. Perform your kickboxing combinations during the Kickboxing Bag training where you can improve speed, strength and cardio.


STRENGTH

This class is all about lifting free weights and AMRAPs, designed to make you feel stronger physically and mentally. Unleash your strength potential as we press, curl, and raise, to deep house music in a darkly lit studio. Go for an upper-body or lower-body focus in our very own escape room.


KETTLECORE

Kettlebells are great for shaping a lean, toned, and firm physique with a focus on building strength, rather than muscle bulk. Work your way through a series of exercises while adding an extra core burn to complete this technique-based experience.


CROSSTRAINING

A whole body focused bootcamp using weights and barbells. Incorporation of more sets and challenges will be found here, experience with lifting weights is encouraged.


OUTDOOR STATIon 12

This outdoor workout accommodates the needs of those who like a good AMRAP challenge, rather than and interval or timed training. Enjoy a breath of fresh air while working up a sweat.
