RUN TRAINING WITH COACH VLADIMIR
To support your journey towards the D2D, running coach Vladimir and his team will be giving complimentary running practice every Tuesday from 18:00 – 19:00. Gather at the People’s Place GYM, Danzigerkade 207 (side entrance). You can use the facilities of PPGYM to change, shower, and leave your belongings.
The running practice is offered at 2 levels: medium pace 9-10 km/h and 11-13 km/h
It’s suitable for beginners, a great way to get into running and a running schedule is available for you making sure you’re in tip-top shape at the starting line.
