The feeling of achievement within your personal passions and workouts will do more for you than just help you burn fat, build muscle or paint a pretty picture. It will improve your mental capacity, emotional stability, and strengthen your self esteem. Gone are the days that people go through the motions, as a culture we are paying closer attention to detail and aspiring to perfectionism potentially at the cost of your own joy.  We must strategize how to strive towards peak performance in day-to-day life without burning the candle at both ends.

It’s unfortunately not an optional lifestyle luxury, sleep is a non-negotiable biological necessity, your life support system”. Another expert in the field Tim Ferriss (author of the book The 4-hour Workweek) well known for continuing in self-experimentation and testing theories -provides all sorts of tricks to improve sleep and beat insomnia.
