The Meditation Studio
A space where you can find a moment of calmness, connect with yourself or with others. Enjoy one of our exciting activities during the week to unwind and relax during your work flow in the meditation studio at Bryant Park. We know it’s important to find the right balance and have a moment during your day of relaxation and focus. Discover our November program below:
Monday Stretch
During this short stretch break, you will open up your body to get rid of some stiffness and stay flexible during the day. Every Monday our trainer Ruben will help you to find some relaxation (Bryant Park bel-etage).
Guided Meditation
To support mindful Mondays we continue with our complimentary guided meditation during the week. Our meditation expert Chris Hettinga will continue to be there to guide you. In November we will focus on the following topics:
Calming anxiety & stress - Tuesday from 08.30 -08.50 a.m.
In this mediation class we are looking for more calmness and lightness, how to deal with stress and to learn how to stay calm in hectic situations.
Mindfulness at work - Thursday from 11.40 – 12.00 p.m.
On Thursdays we will work with mindful exercises to train your brain to become more relaxed. Just paying attention to the present moment to explore mindful awareness at work to enhance your wellbeing.
Chair massage Wednesday / Friday
Enjoy an extra month of chair massages at the Campus! Working from home could potentially have caused you some physical challenges. Every Wednesday or Friday this November we are inviting you for a complimentary relaxing chair massage focused on relieving back and neck pain at the studio. Due to limited spots we ask you to book one session per month.
