25 DAYS MEAL PLAN

Every week you will be provided with the most delicious, healthiest and nourishing recipes, composed by our in-house nutritionist Merel. No strict diet, and not cutting out any food groups! We encourage you to minimise your alcohol intake and focus on eating as many 'whole foods' as possible. New menus for the following week will be uploaded every Friday.
