The concept of experiencing up to 6000 thoughts of contemplation of the past and future each day is an exhausting thought in itself, so to avoid unconscious complaining and gossip which contributes to increased stress and the spread of negativity you’re invited to try our 30 day challenge of optimism and assertiveness while experimenting with different forms of movement that make you feel good when "getting fit" just doesn't cut it in the motivation department.

We’re here to say cut yourself some slack and stay present this month.
