We're here to keep you healthy and on track during our days in quarantaine!

We challenge you to join our weekly meal plan with easy, affordable and nutritious recipes giving you inspiration and guidance during these days. Every Saturday we will release a new week menu for the following week, including a shopping list and all the recipes.

On Monday we kick the week off together! Via our instagram I will provide you with tips and tricks about healthier eating and snacking to support you throughout the week!
